SUPPORT TO FOOD MYPES TO ENTER SUPERMARKETS IN THE JUNIN REGION

In alliance with the Andean Development Corporation (CAF, in Spanish) and the Regional Government of Junin, more than 150 MYPES were trained on issues related to good manufacturing practices and sanitation and hygiene to select the best MYPES as suppliers of Plaza Vea (Supermercados Peruanos).

After a long process, only 35 MYPES were certified, which automatically became suppliers of one of the most important super market chains in Peru, in products such as meat, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables, dairy, cheese, cold cuts, olives, jams, sauces, condiments, bakery, regional foods, beans, sausages and honey.
